Where do the Philly Rebels practice?
The Philly Rebels practice at several locations throughout Philadelphia, including 7th and Packer, Neumann-Goretti's high school field at 25th and Moore, and South Philadelphia Sports Training Center at 24th and Morris.

Where do the Philly Rebels play games?
The Philly Rebels play most of their games in Philadelphia (FDR Park, South Philadelphia, Center City, Fishtown, Roxborough, Bridesburg, Mayfair, Northeast, West Philadelphia, and University City). The Philly Rebels proudly play on the Rutgers Camden field in Camden, as well as New Jersey suburbs (Deptford, Cherry Hill, Medford, Marlton, Tabernacle, Indian Mills, Haddonfield, Collingswood, Haddon Heights, Westmont, Gloucester City, Sewell/Washington Township).

How many games do the Philly Rebels play per baseball season?
The Philly Rebels play approximately 40 games, spanning across the Spring and Fall seasons. Our spring season starts in early April and runs through early June. Our fall season starts at the end of August and runs through October. The Philly Rebels 14U Travel Baseball schedule is made up of TSE (Tri-State Elite) games, as well as 3-4 tournaments in the Philadelphia and New Jersey areas.

How long are the Philly Rebels baseball games?
The Philly Rebels typically play 7-inning games, as do most travel programs in the Philadelphia and New Jersey regions.

How old do I have to be to play for the Philly Rebels?
To play for the Philly Rebels 14U Travel Baseball Team, players cannot turn 15 years old before May 1, 2026.

What is the competition like for the Philly Rebels?
The Philly Rebels 14U Travel Baseball program aims to prepare players for competitive play across high school sports. Therefore, we engage in competitive games and tournaments to instill a sense of healthy competition, camaraderie, skill development, baseball IQ and in-game confidence.

What type of bats are used in travel baseball programs in Philadelphia?
The Philly Rebels 14U Travel Baseball team, along with the vast majority of youth travel baseball programs within Philadelphia and New Jersey, use BBCOR-designated bats, drop 3, aluminium alloys. For more information about specific equipment, please feel free to reach out!

The Philly Rebels 14U Travel Baseball program offers excellent competitive opportunities for youth baseball players in the Philadelphia and New Jersey region. For players of other ages, please feel free to contact us for more information, as our Coaches have extensive program affiliations appropriate for younger players (T-Ball, Little League, etc).
